About our Team

Joey (that's me, writing this) is the Founder and Managing Director of Lunar Executive Search, bringing 8+ years of GTM executive search experience with VC & PE backed technology companies. We began this venture after noticing a significant gap in the market: to much GTM hiring was still driven by gut feel and generic hiring playbooks – not real data.

So we built the search firm and platform that solves that. Bringing real data, better benchmarking, and GTM specific hiring methodologies to executive search – so every placement in grounded in real data & outcomes, not instinct.
